Yes we delivery all around Moranbah, Dysart, Nebo however sometimes we are limited by availability of staff depending on the time. If ordering to a mine site or to Nebo or Dysart we recommend that you provide 24 hours notice so that we can ensure your delivery is right on time. Unsure if we can delivery to you, contact us to find out.
We will take every effort to ensure your fresh floral arrangement arrives on your requested delivery date and time required. Please note that if the lucky person receiving the flowers is not home and the 'Authority to Leave' is not provided we will leave a courtesy card at the door and bring the flowers back to ensure they stay as fresh and as happy as possibly until they are home to enjoy them. They can then call us to arrange a re-delivery if possible or they can collect from the store.
If you provide an 'Authority to Leave' and we deem it unsuitable to leave due to weather (sun exposure), risk of theft or if their is alcohol in the gift, than we will also provide a card for them on their return and have the ready when they are home to love them.
If the delivery address given is incorrect, you the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative address and a re-delivery fee may apply and be charged over the phone via your preferred payment method.
MINE SITE DELIVERIES
All deliveries to Mine Sites are charged at a per km fee and they can be selected in the drop down menu when selecting the suburb. If you feel there is a different location that is not on the list please contact us directly on email- hello@moranbahblooms.com.au or via phone (07) 49 417 648.
